While ROSCUE and the vendors we represent provide a lot of information here and on their websites regarding the applications of the products and how to deploy them, if you need additional documentation, training or other support, along with the vendors, we can provide that. For training manuals, on-site training, videos, pre-deloyed materials staging plan, product rotation and shelf-life validation, fast re-supply logistics, etc., contact us and we will develop a statement of work with you, with a cost and schedule estimate.

ROSCUE can arrange for translation of English materials into French. For other languages, contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

If you require a pre-spill site inventory (base-line record), spill response plan or an environmental impact study, we occasionally have available capacity. More likely we will connect you with others with more capacity in these specific areas.

In general, consulting and connection services will be billed on a time and materials basis.

Integrating various products and response strategies into a credible plan is simply what we do. Single-product vendors cannot impartially say which product will work best in your specific situation.

N.B. ROSCUE does not provide emergency spill response services. We equip first responders, spill response organizations, communities, vehicle and home owners so that they can provide superior, effective, first line response to spills of oil products.
