The 1998 EVCO Electrathon organizers would also like to thank the following organizations, groups and individuals.
Members of the local chapter of the IEE have agreed to serve as vehicle inspectors before the event to ensure that the vehicles are in compliance with our safety rules.
Several Kiwanis members have helped us with our Electrathon display on Saturdays at various shopping centres in the Ottawa-Carleton region.
The OPP have agreed to provide us with a radar unit and an officer to record the times of the vehicles during the event (subject to being called away on a priority call).
The St. John's Ambulance has agreed to provide first aid coverage at our event.
